Incredibly popular on a summers day. Large amount of outdoor seating with live music on the weekends. Food is pricey but excellent. Service is on par and the venue is dog friendly. Advance booking is highly recommended.

Huge venue, with lots of functions going on but we found our event with no problem. Set in beautiful Groot Constantia wine estate, gardens lovely, setting wonderful. Service was good, big function but service of dinner was as quick as one could expect with large numbers, waiters helpful, happily changed or added to orders. Wine divine, of course. Large, tastefully decorated venue. Staff vigilant to help direct guests Thoroughly enjoyable club dinner.and dance.ps plenty of room to dance,( always a bonus) music not too loud, just right..like to go there again..

Simon's Restaurant at Groot Constantia Estate has eclectic retro decor with a laid back but classic ambiance, supported by old school music. It's as if you step back into time..Service is unobtrusive. Food is delicious. Portions are generous.We sat right next to the huge fireplace, which was of course not lit as it was sweltering hot. Would love to go back for dinner during winter..
